Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before the goods are dispatched. Once the shipment has been arranged, cancellation is no longer available.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at zsan16610@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
After dispatch, you will need to submit a return request instead of cancellation.
