Thank you for shopping at Overland Roam Co.

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard Sea Shipping (Default): Sea freight is our default shipping method. Estimated transit time is 25–30 business days after dispatch. Delivery time is an estimate and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to port congestion, customs inspection, weather or carrier issues.

Air Shipping (Optional Upgrade): If you need faster delivery, air shipping is available as an optional upgrade. Air shipping cost will be calculated separately, and extra freight fees will be charged. Please contact us before checkout if you want to switch to air shipment.

Standard sea shipping fees will be shown at checkout. Air shipping has separate additional charges.

Once your package is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor shipment status online.

For international shipments, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for customs delays or any extra charges imposed by local customs authorities.

If a package is returned to us because of incorrect shipping address, refused delivery or unclaimed parcel, the buyer shall bear the original shipping cost and return freight charges.

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your order. Once the carrier confirms successful delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order.
