Welcome to Overland Roam Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website overlandroam.com and all purchases made through our store.

By browsing, accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

All images, text, logos, product photos and design content on this website belong to Overland Roam Co. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or reuse any content without our written permission.

We strive to keep product descriptions, images and pricing accurate. Minor typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct mistakes, adjust prices or discontinue products without prior notice. Product pictures are for reference only; slight differences between photos and real goods may exist.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, out-of-stock goods or invalid shipping address. When you place an order, you confirm all contact and shipping information you provided is true and accurate.

You agree to pay all charges shown at checkout, including product price, shipping fees and any applicable duties or taxes. All payments must be completed before order processing.

Our default shipping method is sea freight with estimated transit time of 25–30 business days. Air shipping is available as an optional upgrade with separate additional freight cost. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Overland Roam Co shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order. Our outdoor overland and camping gear is designed for proper off-road and camping use. We are not liable for personal injury, accidents, vehicle damage or property loss caused by improper installation, misuse, overloading, modification or negligence during use of our products. You are responsible for following all safety instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. You may not use our site for illegal activities.
